Sign up for stewarding online here

To ensure the security of the work on display, exhibitors are required to steward for at least three hours over the course of the Exhibition. We would be grateful if artists could sign up for four hours to cover the additional display space. If this requirement causes serious difficulties, please contact us.

You may prefer to sign up for stewarding by telephone: phone or text Sue Mitchell on 07763 985707. You can also sign up on the set up day 29 July 2017.

Please note…

  • As we have additional display space, we have increased the number of craft exhibits which may be entered. Please check the entry forms and Conditions of Entry.
  • The deadline for submissions is 30 June 2017.
  • Please read carefully the Conditions of Entry – completing the entry form will indicate your acceptance.
  • Photographers please note that we hope to include all works submitted for hanging but, as space is limited, items listed fourth may have to be kept in reserve. Please ensure that your entries are numbered to allow for this possibility.
